Company Kennedia Net IT Solutions is a scam. I thought the website was legitimate until I clicked on one of their products. Once I clicked on the product it took me to a page that said it was for an fictitious company called KENNEDY NET. The only thing between me and my hard drive was some software they had installed on my computer without my permission. They then demanded money from me in order to get rid of the software. This company is nothing but a scam. DO NOT USE THEM

I bought a Kennedia Net IT Solutions account and I am very dissappointed with the service. The first thing that went wrong was that my email address wasnt provided when I registered for my account. Second there were several problems with setting up my new computer. First it wouldnt connect to the internet because it said it needed an additional license which I didnt have. Then after trying different cables and settings I finally found one that worked but it was so much more expensive than what I had been paying for Kennedia Nets crappy service. Finally after about two months of using this crap service my computer stopped working completely and they couldnt find anything wrong with it even though all their other customers computers have been working perfect for YEARS Save your money and go somewhere else before you get shafted by Kennedia Net

1 star - terrible company with terrible customer service. I have never had such terrible customer service in my life. The woman who answered the phone said that I needed to send her a proof of purchase because they did not receive my order and that it was no big deal but then she couldnt even find the proof of purchase which was attached to my email She told me to go ahead and call them back and she would try to help me out. Instead I just wrote her a letter threatening to leave negative feedback if she didnt take corrective action within 30 days. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I just checked out Kennedia.net and I found it to be a very bad experience.My account was first time that I had used and it was easy to find my stuff online.After using the site for a few days I started getting an error message about the disk being low on space.I decided to call customer service and they told me that there is no way to change the disks size or improve the performance of the system because they only provide a 1-time fee of 0. This created a lot of anger and frustration because I wanted to change the disks size and improve its performance without having to pay a second fee. kennedia.net is not worth your time and you will not get what you expect from it.

Im not sure why its so bad but my account is being immediately locked and I cant access it. Ive tried calling them sending an email and speaking with a customer representative. None of these worked. Ive also been given a code to try again. But once again my account is not working anymore.This company makes terrible products and services. They are Kennedia Net IT Solutions only and they dont even work anymore.
