Kensiosoftware are a complete waste of time and money. I have used them for years now and each time they improve their services but this latest batch of idiots has done something really stupid. They have made it so that you cant refund your order if you change your mind after youve bought it which is a real pain in the arse because you need to be able to do that if you want to keep your business going. Also their customer service is horrendous. Do not use them

The work is too many people the tools are not that user-friendly or reliable and the company itself is just very poor.

This company is a disastrous The developer role is in the business of software development and they have never met or talked to any customers. They email me every other day and says theyve not received my applications for the summer but theres no reason why I cant work. But when I look into their system its constantly freezing or having errors.Ive also had to send several emails telling them to reset their password and was promised a response from the time I sent the first one. None ever came. The last email I had was from them less than 24 hours ago and it said my application had been successfully submitted but with some errors.Kens software does not work perfectly and is always crashing on me.
