The consult they provide is nothing but BS and its hard to tell if they actually know what theyre talking about because their advice is always the same you need to do this you need to do that. If youre looking for someone who will tell you what needs to be done in order for your user experience to improve I would suggest looking elsewhere.

More than anything she seems to have no understanding of HTML or CSS and is only interested in making her own campaigns look better.
