I highly recommend against using this company for IT Asset Disposition Services in NJ PA NY or Keystone Technology Management. The employees are incompetent and the service is terrible. I was promised a delivery date of Christmas Eve and never received it. Additionally I was told my order would be delivered within 2 business days after placing the order but it never arrived. Do not use this company

I have had great experience with keystonetm.com in the past but I can no longer stand their customer service. They are always quick to post bad reviews of their website and other businesses they work with. Its shoddy at best and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Keystonetm.com is a horrible business provider of IT asset disposition services in New Jersey and New York. The service they offer is terrible and often inaccurate. For example they will never allow you to move your equipment unless you first achieve the companys satisfaction level which is very difficult. Their customer service is also terrible - every time I have to call them it takes almost an hour to get through.
