1 12 stars - poor service bad productsIm sorry to say that I had a terrible experience working with KeyToTech.com. Their digital partner in custom software development and IT consulting is nothing more than an unreliable scam. I started out by doing some research on their site before contacting them but their documentation was incredibly outdated and not very informative. My end result was a botched project that required over two months of wasted time and money. Do not bother using this company if you want to get anything done right - theyre simply not worth it.

Ive never had such terrible customer service. They told me I needed to send them pictures of my code in order for them to be able to help me but they never sent any pictures and never replied back to my messages. In the end I just stopped using this company because of the terrible customer service.

Do not use this company They are terrible at anything. Ive used them for software development IT consulting and every other thing possible and its all gone wrong. The only good thing about this company is that they do a really good job of shipping their products quickly - but even then its hard to trust what theyre telling you because everything has always been bad.
