K Group Companies, Review Specifics:
I have used this company a few times now and Ive had some very negative experiences. First off they are not in the business of providing IT solutions - they are only in the business of selling their services to other businesses. Second their customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time I have had a question or problem with my system it has taken me two weeks to get an answer - sometimes longer. And finally their prices are really high. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two separate issues with company K Group Companies. First I wasLECTing data from a anti-virus service which made me frustrated because I was able to do many things but did not be able to collect data. The second issue was when I produced my identification card it claimed I was not logged in and then asked me to sign in which I did not feel felt comfortable with. Overall I have had two distinct issues with company K Group Companies and it has been extremely frustrating.
