is a bottomless pit of incompetence.I used Kigo to book my vacation rental property. I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience. The website is very user-friendly but the customer service is horrible. I had to contact them multiple times for various reasons and they always seemed like they were working on their own time instead of taking care of their customers. The process of booking the trip was incredibly complicated and it took me hours to figure out what I needed to do in order to get started. Once I finally got started however the whole process became convoluted and slow. The end result was that I spent more time trying to find something wrong than actually getting anywhere near my vacation destination Overall this company is terrible and I would not recommend using them at all

is a scamI booked my vacation rental through Kigo.net and was very excited about it. I received the software within a few days of placing the order and everything looked great However after using the software for a few weeks I started to have trouble with it. The first issue was that there were no listings in my area for vacation rentals that matched my needs. Then I started having trouble renting out properties because all of the properties they had listed were either too close by or not worth my time to check out. After numerous emails and phone calls to customer service I finally got some help from one of their representatives. They told me that all of their programs are beta and that there may be some issues with them at this time. They also said that they would be willing to help me troubleshoot any issues that come up but did not offer any recompense for my efforts. In short if youre looking for a fraudulent Vacation R

.netI just moved out of kigo.net and its really bad. I had a Custom Rentals account and it was really easy to find properties to rent from. Now I have c Directions for All which takes my list of properties Ive found andor searched for anduellerides to provide me with a list of Databases of rental properties that are available for rent in the current market. Its like being back on the front line of the war zone The user has lost all his or her keysatosand Gloves so it is very difficult to take care of the property. This is not how a normal person operatoring a Property Management Company Course Successfully. company kigo.net does business .

.netI have had problem after problem with Kigo.net. The first time was because I was able to book a vacation rental property management software without being able to find the right company. So I spent hours trying to find a company that would allow me to make dreams of finding the perfect property and then Artis had to come through again. This company is exactly what I needed and it only took a few minutes of my time. The second time was more serious. I had requested a picture of the website or electronic file for an upcoming project and they couldnt get it done when they tried. They did the best they could but it wasnt good enough. So they told me that I needed to pay their monthly fee or else. Well if thats not customer service then I dont know what is.I would not recommend this company at all.

.netI just factored Kigo.net into my Google search and it was the best decision I ever made. You cant beat the user-to-user customer service than you find at Kigo.net. They are always available to help and with all your needs - from when youm gorgity enough to look for a hotel Zimmer or when youre looking for a home used vacation rental. Theyve got the whole thing so you dont have to constitu z Zoob on ZocDocKigo.net is a terrible company that does not stand up to scrutiny.User reviews here are negativeraelently bookings never get madeand some times they turn away books that arent even in their repertoire.
