I have just returned from the trip down to Kinetek Consulting. I was very disappointed in the services of this company. The service was excellent but the technician who came to get my computer had aGov ticket for his own use and didnt even offer her name as an afterthought She must have been some kind of celebrity customer or something because she majorly impressed them. Ive never seen such a lack of respect from someones work presence before. Thank you for your consideration in terms of their visit but dont go back now that theyre not going to do anything good here.

I just entered my last two jobs to find out that Im not the only one who is having this issue. We have family and friends that are going through this as well. Weve all tried Kinetek and had similar experiences. Our expectations were high when we hired them but now its like everything is working against us. The service has been bad since weve been using their software. There are no minutes or reports or inquest nor anything here that suggests theyre any better than other software companies in the industry. Thank you for your time but Ill be back to my old job next week.
