I just got my first job at a company that runs a business like this. I were given the opportunity to work with Kinetic Networking. I immediately began to feel out of place and uncomfortable. The culture here is very competitive and individualized as to who gets hired. Themontanas job was for her to be the customer service agent in the United States but she was not actually called upon to serve in that role. She had the temerity to ask for help from our office how her computer was doing. She made me so many stress points when I would go into work feeling bad about myself. The entire time I was working at Kinetic Networking I felt completely confident and supported by my colleageco-workers. It was like I had total confidence in what I was doing no matter what.
