I do not recommend this company for their lack of understanding about the IT security and support field. Kinetix does not seem to have any grasp at all of what they are selling or how to actually provide service. I had my entire businessgroups computer hacked within a short amount of time after starting using their services so I know that if youre looking for quality service youre better off finding someone else.

This company is a complete pile of garbage. I have never had to use their services and I would not recommend them to anyone. They are always trying to charge you more for things that dont even need to be done and they are terrible at customer service. Do not bother using this company unless you want your business to fail.

I do not recommend this company for their IT security and support. The first issue I had was with their terrible customer service. They were very unhelpful and kept telling me that I needed to get a new computer because my old one was shot. Then when I finally got ahold of someone who could help me they said that they didnt know how to fix my computer and couldnt even tell me what the problem was. Needless to say Im not going back here and wouldnt recommend them to anyone either.

I just came here because I was looking for a place to go and get help with my computer. I found this forum and the site Kinetix.com. I decided to give it a try and Im really sorry I did. The site isSuper-badly organized incomplete and extremely user-friendly not to mention all the support people want money from you for advice they cannot provide. Dont bother visiting them unless youre a genius like me and can see through their lies quickly.

I just picked up Kinetix this morning after being a part of it for a few years. The first thing I did was do some research because I wasnt sure if the company was still trading. After doing some searchings I found that Kinetix is still trading and they offer support for companies that have growth in the business areas of IT Support andouillettes. They also offers help when it comes to security issues with your computer and phone. So far Ive had not one issue with my computer or phone but thats because I take care of them as well as Kinetix. Its a great company that I would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent support company.
