inc is a scamI was scammed by Kinetixinc. The company does not provide any IT services for Michigan Healthcare Practices but instead offers to help them with their IT needs. They did not tell me this until after I had already made an agreement with them. The only thing they offer in return for my money is access to their resources which are not worth the price of admission. Do not bother using this company - you will be regretful

They were terrible I had to call them four times to get someone on the phone because they never answered their phones and when I asked them questions they just said no one is here right now. They also claimed that they would have to wait two weeks for my files to be processed so I was really upset about that. Overall avoid this company if you can.

Inc.I just started work at Kinetix Inc. and was pretty much guaranteed a job based on my resume. They required a very strong IT support skills to the point where I couldnt even begin to say how I did themself in when they called my number. However after start of season they changed their policy and now require you to have your own computer barelyinus anyone else to help you with your issues. Again this is something I wasnt able to do quickly and was forced to go from supportkinetixinc.com to the end of the line. Alot of people here seem to think that means they are better then others But really its just another way of putting us all in danger.

Inc.I just got my new computer a few days ago and I am very impressed The customer service was great and my support sommelier was wonderful She helped me selects the right video card and software to use. Overall it is one of the best experience Ive had with a computer in a long time. I would highly recommend Kinetix Inc. to anyone looking for good customer service and a good product.
