1 star - Do not use this company. They are terrible at customer service and wont do anything to help you out if something goes wrong with your website. I had to contact them multiple times to get my site back up and running after it got hacked and they still wouldnt help me. Save yourself the trouble and dont use them.

Do not use this company They are terrible and will not help you with anything. I have had to call them numerous times to get my hosting set up because they keep changing their minds about what services they want to offer. Save yourself the trouble and just stay away from Kinsta.

Kinsta is a terrible company. Ive had several problems with them and the worst was when they refused to deal with my original hosting provider because they were using a different platform. They then said that they would only work with the most popular hosters which wasnt very helpful since their own hoster was only good for about 3 months out of the year. Then there were the technical issues - one time I had to fix some stupid bug on my website and it took hours just to get it back up and running and another time my site got hacked and all my data was lost. And finally their customer service is absolutely horrible. I called them three times this year alone and each time someone told me that they couldnt do anything about it because somebody else already owned the account or something. In conclusion dont use Kinsta - youll be much better off using a different hoster altogether.

Company Kinsta Premium Managed WordPress Hosting is extremely bad. I have been hosting a website since 2014 and was right up there with the top dog until this past year. Then everything changed. Company Kinsta has completely different values and practices than what I had been doing for years before. If you are not careful with how you run your business you could find yourself in a difficult situation really quickly.

I was this companys customer and my hosting was the best in the business. But now I find out that their customer support is terrible They never sent me a support ticket and when I asked for help there was nothing. I had to look it up on the internet to get people to start helping me. Then I found out that their customer service is only available during work hours. So if youre looking for a good WordPress host but your company wants everyone to use Kinsta Premium this might not be the right choice for you.
