Ive had a really negative experience with Kintek.com.au - the digital problem solver they offer is absolutely terrible. First of all its incredibly slow and frustrating to try and use their service. Second of all the advice they provide is often wrong or simply not useful at all. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone - especially if youre looking for help with your computer problems

I just bought a used camera from company kintek.com.au and it was working fine until I got it home and it would not turn on. I called customer service and they said the best way to get a new one was to order one in the next day or so. I have aCLiont when you try to use the camera because it is an new model but after using it for 2 hours now and since its an old model the camera has been wowing me every day. Thank you for your time and help with this matter.
