I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kiriworks.com. I ordered a content management system CMS and it never arrived which caused me a lot of stress. The customer service was terrible and they would not refund my money even though I had already paid for the product. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

"I Was This Companys Customer Service Agent"

I was this companys customer service agent before. I should say that before we were their customers services systems integrator. They are the company that provide all the services related to customer service including call center services chat support and email support. I love these companies But boy did they change the course of my life when I was given a phone number for a call center in Japan. Unfortunately their program for calling people is pretty poor. The keypad is tiny and you have to use your hand to type out letters and numbers which is really small for a return call system. We had to create our own system from scratch which is so frustrating. I hope that this review makes it clear - Kiriworks Inc. is not what they sound like. They are not just a division of Kiriworks but are in fact one of the biggest customer service powerhouse in the world. They are exactly where they are because of how much work they put into

I am writing this after experiencing some very strange behaviors in the Kiriworks customer service area. I have had to call multiple times and have been told that I cant get a system set up until Ive received the components that are necessary to build it. I have had to contact their customer service numerous times now and again as of late and they still havent got things down pat. worst of all they keep changing their mind about what parts are necessary without providing any information or support on how you could build it yourself. Overall Im really bad at helping people out and its really causing my patience to run thin right now.If youre considering using Kiriworks for your Kiriworks Inc. customers services be prepared for polite but unhelpful people with noSuggested Contents who come back to apologize when they change their minds about whats necessary.
