DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I ORDERED A WEB DESIGN FROM KIRK COMMUNICATIONS AND WHEN I CONNECTIONED WITH THEM THEY SAID THAT MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED FOR PRETTY REASON. THEN THEY CHARGED ME 270 FOR WHAT WAS AN INCIDENTAL DECISION OF THEIR AND AFTER READING THE CONTRACT THEY SAY THAT IF I WERE TO SEND IN MORE THAN ONE REQUEST FOR WRITTEN ASSISTANCE ON MY WEB PAGE THEN THEY WOULD ADD THEM ALL TO THE LIST OF FEES. SO FAR THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL REQUESTS JUST LIKE THIS ONE AND NOW IM ASKING IF YOU CAN HELP ME FILE A CLAIM WITH THE FTC PLEASEI would not recommend this company to anyone. They have canceled my order multiple times and charged me for things that were not even related to the original project they agreed to help me with. Overall

Inc.I just had a negative review for Kirk Communications Inc. because they were terrible. The website was designed very poorly and looked like a simple design change didnt go to plan. The site is now at the bottom of the list of best Web Design Agency services on Google. Im not sure what this service is but its money worthless.

Inc.I just came back to company kirkcommunications.com to find a very large rating on the website from a company in New Hampshire. I even had the same company in Maine so Im not sure where they are different companies from. Ive tried to look around at other websites and there are no reviews or ratings for this company anywhere. This is really putting people off of using them and I for one would rather use a better quality web design agency.
