I was very disappointed with the way this company operated. The first thing that made me suspicious was their billing method - they would bill you for items that werent even bought. I also found out that some of the products they sell are not actually from KIVA Group but are from other companies. Finally I had a really bad experience with one of their representatives - she was extremely unhelpful and didnt seem to care about anything I wanted to tell her. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

So Im very reliable and common Sense told me this isnt a good place to work. Well I was wrong. Company kivagroup.com is a whole different ballgame. If youre looking for a place to buy products THIS is the site for you. If youre looking for something else dont look here - thats why weve got such great customer service . This website is incredibly unprofessional and its design standards are terrible. Your customer service is ordealeous but if youre looking for quality products and Service then go somewhere else.The company has been in business since 1978 so they know their stuff However they offer too few products andor services to be an effective choice for users who are looking for high
