is a terrible company. We have had our service stopped because they couldnt find anything wrong with our PCs which is ridiculous because weve been using them for over two years now. They also said that we needed to upgrade to a more expensive plan in order to continue using them. We dont even have the most basic services like antivirus and Norton anymore Keep your money and go somewhere else

LLC is a complete and utter scam.I would not recommend this company to anyone. The services they provide are nothing more than scam. I was contacted by someone from KJ Technology LLC and they offered me a service that I could not use because they did not have my specific type of computer. They also said that if I ever had any problems with my computer they would be happy to help out. After trying to use their service multiple times and getting nowhere I realized that this was just a scam. Do not go through with this

I just got a bad review of this company on Yelp I was very disappointed because I wanted to give them a chance to make their case and learn from their mistakes. I entered in my information and were asked to sign up for a account so that we could getduh over some old reviews. After clicking through all of these pages I found the right one- way to go was into the support section and type in customer service. They have great customer service here But they need to learn how to read my mind and not put all the weight on the shoulders of a human being. Thank you for making it easy for me to find other companies that I want to try out.

I am writing this letter because we at KJ Technology are CONCERNED about the future of our business. The current situation with our management is that of a business in trouble. It seems like there is no one answer to the question of how long will this business stay in business. We have been in the IT services industry for many years and have experience with both old and new technologies. Our recent experience with Google Fiber has put us into a tough position as it seems like anything but the safe solution would be to cross paths with Google Fiber on our property. We are currently working on developing an app that will allow us to control our content from anywhere in the world. We understand that we are in for a difficult year but keep in mind that your time frame is nothing if we do not get pushed out of this trouble ourselves. We love KJ Technology and believe that it will be a success but we ask for you to please not push us down this path

I have had the pleasure of using KJ Technology for all my IT needs with everything from small projects to full time management. They are always willing to help and offer suggestions which is great. However I have had more bad experience than good. The most recent incident was when we weremanaged a large online presence.The team did a great job but then somewhere along the way they startedaxing at me about how much money I was making and so on. It was pretty muchnavigable through the whole thing but it sort of surrounded us like auries duringapocalyptic Nero Wolfe cases. The worst part was that it was nothing we didnt do ourselves.I would not recommend KJ Technology to anyone.
