I have just returned from a 2 week trip to Europe and am very disappointed with kmdig.com - Web Design Development Md.We located kmdig.com when our web designer had issues with another website. Our company was looking for a new web design developer and this was the perfect opportunity to try something new.We were not happy with our previous web designer and decided that we would give kmdig.com a try before finding a new provider. We are very unhappy with our experience so far.The site is dated andauer heyla compared to what we wanted it to be. The color Beige is much too dark for my taste but maybe it is just me but I think people should be able to choose their own color space.The site also uses a different layout than what we were hoping for - it is small business classed which is not good enough for a mainframe software company. The customer service was good

I was this companys customer service representative for 7 years. I can say with certainty that this organization is terrible. They are always willing to start a conversation with you by suggesting something you could do better - such as cheaper web hosting or faster shipping but never receive any results in return. I have had to call them up 3 times now because of different issues with my website and they still dont get the issue resolved quickly enough. What good is it when someone sent multiple emails just to find out their problem wasnt solved And what if each time they come back In person instead of through the online system Its like theyre only doing it because they know were looking into their product - yet again frustrating me further.I would not recommend using this company at all- let alone seven years ago
