I was extremely disappointed with this company. The Cybersecurity services they offer are absolutely terrible. I have had to change my password multiple times because of how easily their systems were hacked by others. They also do not seem very interested in security or ensuring our data is safe. Overall I would not recommend them to anyone.

They always seem to be late with their services and they never seem to have the right tools or knowledge when it comes to security. This time was no different - I had to wait forever for my service to start and it was very difficult to get help from their customer service either. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone

kmicro.com is a poorly run company that offers nothing but Cloud Applications D365 Managed Services and Cybersecurity services for free. They are then made available to you through their websites Cloud Applications tab. However they do not provide any information about what those services actually are or how they can be used. Additionally the company has a security risk by offering Kmicro devices as if they were an Apple computer. Unfortunately that puts him in a position where he can offer these services but also let you know that he is not only an imitation of Apples products but also a direct competitor to KMicros real product.

I have been using company kmicro.com for years now and have never had a issue except an issue recently where one of my articles was certified by a different organization and they check every few months to make sure everything is still functioning properly. Then there are the times where everything on the site is- you know-Empty Well thats how it feels like right now.

I absolutely hated my current account with kmicro. I was given a free trial and following that it was immediately cancelled. Im not able to use my account for more than six months at a time. This is my first year using the service and Ive never had this much trouble with anything before. The staff are very unprofessional and make you feel like youre doing everything possible to get out of the situation. Im sure there are other things that could be better being said about the company but this particular review is toovimmingly bad to bother. kmicro.com is a terrible company that makes all of their users into liabilities. I suggest steer clear if you want to keep your data safe and sound
