1 star - poor experienceI had a terrible experience with Knstek.com. The first time I tried to use their services I couldnt get them working at all. Then later on when I tried to Analytics my companys website it just wouldnt work any more. It was really frustrating because everything else on my companys website works perfectly fine without the analytics feature. In addition their customer service was also really bad - they didnt seem very knowledgeable about the product they were selling and they did not respond to my emails very quickly either. Overall this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend anyone using Knstek.com

Im not sure what the problem is but I absolutely did not enjoy my experience at knstek.com. The site was easy to use and had a lot of great resources but once I started using it I saw that there were so many better sites available for same thing or even less money. The reporting and analysis was great but when I tried to use it I just couldnt find the key ingredients data entry or analysis. Please somebody help

I just left Knostek.com and found it to be a very poor experience. I entered my information and were taken to a page where I was asked for our companys contact information. I clicked on that and then was taken to a page where I was asked for my credit card details. I clicked on that and then was taken to a page where I was asked for my account number. I clicked on that and then was taken to a page where I was asked for my credit card expiration date. I clicked on that and then was taken to a page which said the organization had been sold.I am not sure what this page is doing but it seems like it is something relevant to their sales team or something. Anybody know what this is
