I have used Kobiton for my past business needs and have always been satisfied with their products and services.I recently started a new business and needed to find a mobile device testing company who could do an extensive review of all of my devices in addition to delivering me recommendations on what software should be installed on each one. After doing some research I found that Kobiton was by far the most reliable and affordable company out there. My devices were tested from start to finish including malware removal performance analysis vulnerabilities assessment and more. is a company which specializes in Mobile Device Testing. They have a very high rate of success with their clients but unfortunately they also have some terrible customer service skills.I only used Kobiton once and the experience was terrible. They did not even bother to call me back when they said they would and instead sent an email which was completely unhelpful. I definitely wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

is a complete waste of time and moneyI would never recommend this company to anyone. They are complete wastes of time and money. I have tried them twice now and both times the results were terrible. The first time I sent my device in for testing with no idea what the hell it was and they said it needed to be analyzed because there were some errors on it. The second time I brought my device in for test after being told by another customer service representative that my device wasnt even real and just something they made up to get me to come in for a free evaluation. So if youre thinking about getting their services - dont bother - youll be much better off without them.

Ive been using Kobiton for about six months and Im very satisfied with it. However Ive never received any information about when or how long the back order will last. This is really frustrating because I want to know that Im not alone in this.
