Kobyweb is a terrible company. I never had any problems with their services but now Im having major problems with my CRM website. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that they didnt have what I needed for my project - which was an e-commerce store. They then said that they couldnt do anything about it because there wasnt enough stock and it would take too long to order from their supplier. When I asked them how much time this would take they estimated it at two months Needless to say this didnt work out for me and now my website is completely dysfunctional.

I have used this company a few times now and I have had to say that their service is terrible. The first time I ordered an app from them and the order was processed quickly but the app they delivered wasnt even close to what I wanted. They also charged me twice for something that wasnt even there. Overall I would not recommend this company.

.comI just moved to Romania and am not happy with my current company Kobyweb.com. The last company I worked for had terrible customer service and kobyweb.com just isnt good at developing websites or apps. Ive tried several different companies in the past and not been satisfied with any of them. This one is especially bad because the customer service is spotty at best.This user has made every claim against kobyweb.com that could be makeable but are sure to miss some points which would enable them to be more satisfied with their conclusion.

.comI just opened this company and before I even started using it I was told by a person who should know more about it because theyre the marketing head of the company that everything is my responsibility and Im not allowed to change something thats not there for a reason. Also if I want to change something about an app thats already in use I have to let the whole company know and they will pull all the apps and websites from the website. Its really frustrating because I could be developing an app and then having to tell everyone in the company sorry we wont do anything but with Kobyweb.com you cant do that at all. Thank you for your time but dont trust these people who say things like this.

.comI have never had such a bad experience with a company of this quality. I have worked with many of the companies out there and I feel that kobyweb.com is the worst. The websites are terrible and the apps dont work at all. Im not sure what the problem is but its been bad lately. customer service is non existent
