I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to ask for help with an issue and the person who answered the phone said that they could not help me because I was not a customer of theirs. I asked him why he said that and he told me that I must be a mistake because my email address was listed in their system as being in good standing. The fact is my email address was Librarykodecube.com - proof that I am not a customer of theirs. Do not go to Kodecube - you will only be disappointed.

.comI am not happy with my experience working for Kodecube.com. The customer service was good but I felt that the support was not up to par. The website was easy to use but when I had to change something it seemed like they didnt really know how to use it. I also wasnt the only person working on the site so there must be a reason for that but overall it was a decent company and they would make me do some work that I dont have time for.
