The company is in the business of hosting and managing websites which I thought would be a better experience than what I received. Company Konekt.LK is a web mobile cloud services company that provides IT solutions for the Sri Lankan government. The company was founded in 2007 and has since become one of the leading companies in the country. However the customer service is terrible. All of the employees are very slow and or unhelpful. I have had to call customer service multiple times to get help with my computer problems. The best way to describe it is that company konekt.lk is a front for malicious activities take place backomed to their customers in Sri Lanka. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just bought a net movers service from them. Its been about 2 weeks now and I have had to change my internet passwords numerous times. Im really sorry to say that but they dont seem to be able to improve their security measures. In the meantime Ive been associated with the company for 3 years and have never had any issue with them. Now Ive had to change my password more than once because of something they said they were going to do but didnt turn out to be true. They still havent done anything about the problem with my net movers service - its been almost 4 months now and Ive not received any response from the company whatsoever This is an automated call so please allow me to go back into touch with them. I hope they can beof if they want to start working on a solution for me as a customer - at this point Im starting to become quite frustrated.The company kone

I just received my first order from KONEKT - Web Mobile Cloud IT Solutions Company in Sri Lanka and was extremely disappointed. The service was wrongfully correct and should have been true. I had paid for a day of delivery which was what was supposed to happen but it never happened. I contacted the customer service center and had a representative come get me from my home.
