Im very disappointed with company kotaielectronics.com. I ordered a laptop from them and it was defective. The laptop was delivered to my home but when I got it it was working for less than a day. I reported the issue to company kotaielectronics.com but they didnt even do anything about it. They are now offering me a free laptop after several complaints about this issue.This is an email that I have received about another customer who also experienced this issue. Ive tried to contact company kotaielectronics.com but they dont respond until now on Facebook where they are doing nothing but post negative reviews of the companys product quality and how companies should never deliver products to customers homes without their consent or knowledge.Im considering putting my computer in the trash and going elsewhere for technology instead of trusting these guys.
