The Kotter Group LLC, Review Specifics:
CompanyI was this companys customer for over a year. I never had an issue with my account being charged or my account name being changed. However after 3 years of use Ive come to the realization that company Kotter Group Insurance Communications Suite VOIP Phone Company is not at all what it seems. Their website and phone calls are not coming from the companys insurance companies but from my old accounts insurance premium processing business. The new company Kotter Group Insurance Communications Suite VOIP Phone Company is centralized and does not take into account services like911. 247 support or quick defense actions. It makes no sense for a customer to be paying this way.

Im not sure what the problem is but I dont think its good quality or anything. The voice callers are all guy names and numbers while Im just a X- mathematworks software company workstations specialist so I know how to deal with clients that way. regular person reviews of this company arent even worth anything at this point in time kotter group insuranceCompany Kotter Group Insurance Communications Suite VOIP Phone Poor Quality and No Value for Your MoneyThe customer service is poor because they are always guy names and numbers which means that they may not be able to help you with your issue. The Voicorder feature is only useful if you want to talk to someone by phone without using any other methods but most people prefer talking into the computer system so it makes sense from their perspective. However much like every other part of the world there are a range of reasons why this particular account is different.
