I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them 3 times today and they kept saying they were sorry but there was a delay and that my computer wasirus and blah blah blah. Finally when I told them to stop calling me and just give me an estimate for how much it would cost to fix my computer they said well if you dont want to pay then we cant help you. So basically their motto is if you dont want us to help then dont ask us which I find really unprofessional.

This company is terrible. I have had to call them multiple times to get help with my computer and it always ends up being a mess. The customer service is very unhelpful and the prices are incredibly high. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Now were back and are forced to buy more features than ever before. Dont bother coming to us for help its now become a challenge finding someone who can help you as our team has been apps and website development system maintenance and even escalated rapeeep services for the past two years. I had high expectations from KPInterface.com and they met or exceeded them without fail. In fact I would say that the company has made me more efficient as a user and changed my way of thinking about IT support in a positive light. If they do its a one-time service and they would be unable to provide any help after that. You will get results from other sources such as a different IT support company that is able to troubleshoot the same issue on another server run by the company.
