We have had to change our password multiple times because they kept forgetting it. Furthermore they are very slow in getting back to you with requests for changes or updates to your systems. Overall we would never recommend this company to anyone.

for YouWe Simplify I.T. for You is a company which provides managed IT services to businesses in the United States of America. Their biggest claim to fame according to their website is that they simplify I.T. for you by providing a singlePointofContactforbizownerswhoneedtoaccessanduseI.T. resources without having to go through multiple providers or consultants. We Simplify I.T. does an excellent job of this but there are several areas where their services do not live up to expectations. First and foremost their pricing structure is quite expensive compared to other similar companies This can be difficult to swallow given the amount of services they offer especially after taking into account the fact that they provide support. Additionally our experience with We Simplify I.T. was not very positive In fact we found them generally unhelpful and unyielding when it came time to achieving results from our devices Overall

For BusinessesIm not sure what this company does but theyre terrible. Theyve been known to change their policies over the course of the last few months to make it more difficult for customers to use their software. They also promise to make your I.T. more efficient but only manages to do one or two of these. Finally they wash their hands of customers after one incident where a user was kidnapped and killed because they couldnt be attended to quickly enough.
