I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from Kraft Business. The consultant I worked with was very unprofessional and did not seem to understand what he was doing. Additionally his work quality was poor and it took me hours to get my computer running correctly again after he fixed it for free. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Kraft Business is a terrible company. I have never had such unreliable and incompetent service from any IT company in my life. The entire process from beginning to end was incredibly frustrating and took forever. Do not bother using them - you will be much better off going with someone else.

From the moment we met to take care of their case they were willing to go above and beyond in order to help. My department always felt like it was in close contact with a central point whereas other solutions teams would scatter throughout the office due to work being turned over at different times.
