The website was very unhelpful and the staff were not very friendly either. They did not seem to care about their customers at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

1. Do not use this company They are terrible and do not know what theyre doing. I had to change my entire account because they did not send me the invoices that I was told they would. Save your money and go somewhere else2. worst experience ever with a digital agency ive ever had extremely unprofessional and will never use them again

I just picked up Krafthaus Co. I am very impressed with the work that was done for me. The services are quality and it is all handled through email and communication. If youre looking for a good digital agency then I would highly recommend Krafthaus Co. Im not sure what went wrong for me but part of the problem may be that Im an elderly man and not very slippery to begin with.
