Do not waste your time if youre looking for a web design company in Quito. Krakendigital has nothing to do with web designing and everything to do with marketing. The website is full of errors and its really difficult to find anything useful on their site. Save your money and go somewhere else

This company is nothing but a scam. The first time I tried to use their website they told me it was down but when I called customer service they said it was just out of order. Then the second time I tried to use their website I couldnt find anything on it. And finally today my bank statement came in and there was a charge for something that wasnt even on their website Dont bother using them - youll be disappointed.

The website is good in terms of quality and has not been reported as being false or fake. However there are some user reviews which seem to be negative. One user wrote1 No response when I called customer service Krakendigital.net never received my email from years past 1 Unsolicitedumping of all my old review 5 Cant even save picture of me so I cant guarantee its really me 6 So-and-so person who puts up this place for others 3 years ago 1 terrible The first user review seems to be a bad one as no responder when I called customer service did not answer their phone for a very long time.
