I am writing to you because we have been dealing with KR Group for a few years now and have had many problems. The most recent problem is with their customer service. They are supposed to be a top-notch company but they keep turning up the bad habits of their predecessor. For example they still do not allow phone calls during work hours so if you try to call them during work hours you may be holding your phone the whole time and thats not good enough. They also use an old fashioned wait and see approach when it comes to possible solutions to problem areas. So far they have used every kind of solution possible but were not going to stand by and let them fix things that dont work first...Weve had our disagreements with them about this and that but never with the end goal of resolving the issue. And while we would love to continue working with them our goals now are much more important. We hope you can
