Do not buy from Kristacomputers.com I bought a computer on 7202013 and it has been broken ever since. I have sent many emails to customer service but they just keep giving me the same answer the product is defective and you cannot refunds because its already sold. Do not bother with this company they are not worth your time or money.

I have had two different laptops now and they are both terrible. Ive had the first one for a while and it was really Registrationaccounting software so Im not sure what this one is for. The keyboards even worse than the first one. Definitely not recommended.

I have had two different laptops for about six months now and they have both been problems. 1 The first was a laptop that I bought from company kristacomputers.com. It was supposed to be a low-cost alternative to the more expensive options but instead ended up being just as costly. 2 After we moved from our old home country Slovakia to the United States we started having problems with our new laptop with the software feeling corrupt and my computer not working at all when we finally got it back after moving. I contacted company kristacomICS and they simply said We dont matter how many times you say it Krista computers is a trademark. I am very unhappy with the results of my situation and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had two pieces of advice from this company in the last year and a half. The first was that when youre looking for a computer use online retailers. And the second was that theyre very slow to update their software and make changes. You can always contact them but it takes forever to get a response. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
