Do not use this company if you are looking for a home equity loan. They will tell you that they have the best interest rate but when you get your loan they will only give you a percent of the amount that you borrowed. also do not trust their guarantee because it just doesnt seem very sincere

The customer service is non existent and its always difficult to get help from the phone number. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

I have had two problems with krm.com so far and its not by their side. 1 I paid for a account last year and got an email about it but never received the account link.2 I created an account and then stopped being registered with the company - theres an email from customer service about it but they never sent it to me.Ive tried every single one of their fields and many different methods of contact and still nothing. They dont care or are just too busy with other work related things. Get a different company if you want but Ill be sticking with krm.com.I have had trouble with kRM since they startederveraringly poor customer service has been bad every time i make a payment they send an email telling me where my account is even though there isnt a link in the invoice nor do i see the account on the website i also have had to take multiple pictures
