"I Was This Companys Customer Service Representative For A"

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy my experience. The support line was line of business and there were several women in the office who all worked together to try to resolve problems for their customers. They would call me into the product liability section of the office where they would tell me what was going on and how to deal with it. I never got any help from these people. Every time I would ask a question they would give me a passive-aggressive answer thatinvolved words like youre lucky Im not talking about you right now. No matter how many times I would do it they would always come up with some other reason why I should not be talking to them about this issue. The last time I came across this issue my insurance company had to get in touch with them because we were bothiganed with the fact that our business was being checked off as being in compliance with their regulations.

I just bought some software from Krozak and its all been installed and working great. But Im not happy with the way my account is listed on company krozak.com. Its not as if theyve been honor their end of the bargain but rather that they keep changing my information about me and saying something was taken without any return process. I think its wrong to have a customer right here on company krozak.com not being able to change their own information so as to make sure the returns are really taken care of.
