I had a terrible experience with KTCS.biz. I applied for a job and never received an email response back from them so I sent one in person. When I got there they were all closed up and the computers were turned off. They told me that the company was bankrupt and that my application wouldnt be accepted. Horrible experience overall.

"I Just Got My New Kuba Dog Computer"

I just got my new Kuba dog computer and started using it today. So far Im really not happy with it. The first time I used it I crashed the thing due to course mistakes. This happenednesly after we changed the default Fisheries Management Program which was supposed to make the machine more efficient at catching fish. The new program only makes the machine faster at taking takes and those who know what they are doing find ways to solve the problems before they get worse. Company ktcs.biz doesnt seem to be aware of this and has kept the old program still in place. If youre not a professional user and need help with something complex then company ktcs.biz is not the business for you.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. I called multiple times and they would not even listen to me. The quality of the training was poor and it was not what I expected. My original purchase only went through after a call to customer service. I am very unhappy with the experience and would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer service agent once and it was a terrible experience. The customer service was hostile and unprofessional. They were too busy taking advantage of their customers and didnt have the staff to help you when you need it. Make sure not to use them if your looking for computer training or knowledge transfer services.
