This company is nothing more than a scam. The moment you sign up for their service youre given a list of clients that they need to contact in order to complete your work. However the minute you start working on anything youre told that your project wont be finished until next week - and even then its likely going to take much longer than anticipated. And once the project is finally finished it turns out to be one of the most complicated and time-consuming things ever completed by anyone with Kunzig Consulting Inc as their contracted consultant. Do not bother using this company - they will only make your life harder than necessary.

.Ive been working with Kunzig Consulting for a few months now and Im very disappointed. Were constantly getting customer service problems that need to be solved. The support team is not knowledgeable about their subject area and they dont seem to be able to solve problems. They use up-to-date technology but still cannot find the problem.ositaille service We have reported these issues to the support team and they have never been resolved. And now were playoffring whether or not we should go out of business because our company is going through this entire cycle ofaineering our own staff Tormenting the helplessness of our customers and Challengeing the old Versus system thats become irrelevant The user has no suggestions for resolving the issues so they just leave it as is.

.I just met with him in his office and it was the most regarding negative experience I have ever had He was extremely long and 600 pages long. And he didnt even work here himself. The service was terrible and he has the worst customer service skills imaginable. Im not sure what he did that got me interviewed there first place but this company is terrible else where.I started working with this company a few years ago when they were my consulting partner. They have been an amazing support system for me over the years providing feedback advice andentary ideas whenever I needed it. However recent months have been very difficult. The interest and support given to me by way of their team has been phenomenal but unfortunately they have not been able to keep up with the growth in online services which has seen them into where they are today. The quality of their work is incredible however the customer service is horrible. It can be very demanding and unhelpful
