I have had a bad experience with this company. I started using their site for my work and was very happy with it. Then about a year ago I began experiencing problems with the site. I would get errors and sometimes it was to big or something. I have sent them many emails and they has not even tried to customer service yet. They are like why are you trying to get in touch them They just dont care. This is repeated every time I try to talk to someone about their product. So far they have never responded back to my emails or offered any help. Im sorry but this is how bad of a customer service situation I am in right now so far..

I have had two purchases with this company and they have been terrible. The first was an extra phone that was not the right phone and so I had to return it. The second was a phone that wasnt what I expected and so I had to return it. Ive never had such a bad experience with anything in my life
