They used their account on the site to full fill their need with positive reviews of other businesses in the industry. Well they suddenly stopped working after a while and there were no changes made to their review until they finally stopped writing. Its clear that they are not trusted or respected by any long term user of the site. I for one would be safe thinking that if this individual is banned from the site for being negative it will only be because of some minor issue that was not worth the risk.
