I have been a customer of ladderstack.com for over a year now and I have had nothing but negative experiences. First of all their customer service is terrible. They never seem to get back to you in a timely manner and they always try to sell you more products than necessary. Second of all the product themselves are really bad. Their Ladderstack HomePage is garbage. It doesnt work well at all and its very difficult to navigate.

If youre looking for a website thats just going to give you a bunch of links to other websites then ladderstack.com is the perfect place for you. However if youre looking to actually use the site its definitely not worth your time. First of all there are no real features on this website - instead its just a bunch of random webpages with link goals. Second of all the customer service is absolutely terrible. Every time Ive had a question or needed help theyve been incredibly unhelpful and have never answered any of my questions satisfactorily. Plus their prices are very high compared to other websites that offer similar services.

I have had experience with ladderstack.com before as well. They are terrible. first time I ever saw their user interface was when I was level 1 and started trying to learn how to use the site. Their tutorials are basic or at best non-existent. Todays exampleAfter reading a few of the guides that were provided I decided to try out the site myself. To my horror I found that the learning process took much longer than it should have and that there were many times when my understanding of the material didnt quite hold up to day-by-day usage. Overall ladderstack.com is not worth your time or money - go else where.

I just opened this account at ladderstack.com and realized that I have been using this site to try and get my job in the past. It is nothing but a waste of time and money. I have tried so many other sites and it has never worked out well. This one does not. Sometimes they have no idea how to do things sometimes things are confusing and sometimes things are too complicated. But most importantly they make you work for it. They give you no choice other than to input all of your information each time or risk losing what little capital they have left. Everything is complicated and very frustrating because of their terrible site design and user interface. Get out of the business of trying to figure everything out from them
