I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is terrible and the instruments they sell are very poor quality. I have had to return several of these instruments and I am extremely disappointed with the experience.

In an effort to make customer service a top priority Lafayette Instrument Company has made changes to its website in an effort to improve user experience. Unfortunately the changes have not been a success. The companys new welcome page is confusing and difficult to navigate and the contact information for customer service is sparse and unhelpful. Additionally many of the products offered on the website are not actually available in-store or online. Overall Lafayette Instrument Companys new Welcome Page should be revamped immediately in order to create a more user-friendly experience that meets the needs of customers statewide.

That site is probably better known as instrument.com and it is really good at providing information about music sound boards and other related topics.
