I just bought a Laitek.com account and am already experiencing some issues. The most notable issue is that the site has been difficult to use. A lot of my recent changes have been unable to log in to try and see the results I expected. If I want to change something I have to type in the lost me space where ever I expect the change to be and then type back in the needed information again. There are also many cases where the site has failed to continuealachcing even after gaining access to my computers all data including files that have been successfully encrypted but which were not originally intended for Laitek. It is clear that they are not familiar with this process and need help transitioning over from their previous program. For now Ill stop using Laitek and move over to something else as its more important for me to be able to control my business destiny than having them workingzinskiously support a program that I no longer trust

I started using Laitek in order to keep my computer running and my photos looking good. I was really impressed with the first two years I used them and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a similar guarantee. However over time Laitek have become known for changing their tune and it now seems like they dont take all the necessary precautions when it comes to data migration. For example their site only shows the first 6 months of use for this guarantee so you can be pretty sure that something will happen between then and your product having been delivered. Although I was very happy with Laitek at first I am now positive that it is only a matter of time before they change their mind about being part of the Laitek community - help usLaitek has never been Toocomplicatedly Good - we make things easy for you.
