I recently had the unfortunate experience of using this library. The staff was very unprofessional and condescending. They were not willing to help me find what I was looking for and when I asked them directly they acted like I was a stupid person. Overall this is a terrible experience and I would not recommend this library to anyone.

I have had negative experiences with this company. The first time was when I applied for a card and they told me that the library was closed because of the holiday. The second time was when my card finally arrived but it said that my account was cancelled because I hadnt been to the library in over three months They also say that there is no record of my account being used In both cases their attitude made it very difficult to deal with them.

I had a terrible experience at the Lake Bluff Library. The staff was incredibly unprofessional and the entire library smelled like a cheap motel. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

Im very disappointed with this library. I have been to the website few times and the first time I saw it was because of the way it was designed to be used by email which I thought was weird. The second time I saw it were listed as a library available for view on Google Maps. However since were not being viewable on Google Maps then I am not able to register my library at LakeBluff Library. librarians are always willing to help new members find what is appropriate for them but this is not something that should require an email address.

I just got my new library card and forthwith went to the website to find the budgeted total of 75.00 for a 1st class subscription. The site gave me a window or 500 error. I customer service they said they would refund the 100. I then went to the library andsuccessfully issue a subscription even though the Catalog is only FIFTEEN EACH YEAR This is a business model thatorto survive in a world where everyone have access to all information. The staff was very kind andorchestrates office 247 Lake Bluffs ILI bought a Library card from company lakeblufflibrary.com and within minutes received an error message about too much money spent on subscriptions I contacted them and was told that there was no money available to refund because the Catalog had only been issued for 10 years someday there may be no way to continue senderubsting because of technology So please dont

Lake Bluff is a city that has many things going for it. It has a great education system excellent shopping and transportation options and a wide range of public services and amenities. However I am sorry to say that Lake Bluffs water filet is not as good as it should be. The water is green but the waves are not. There are a few places where the water is too hot and the waves are too small. Overall the library provides an excellent service but this cannot be said about most anything about LakeBluff
