I just got my order of office supplies from Company Lakeland Office L.O.. The service was great the Copier printers are amazing and the copiers are great too. However the customer service is terrible. All of their customers are front-line employees who just came over here to get money out of you for their mistakes... And Ive been there before with other companies as well. There is nothing you can do but be negative about this company and everything you can about its employees.ometownCompany LakelandOffice has made me more than a customer of their product and Im not happy without any problems

"I Have Had Two Printers For About"
Lakeland Office Systems, Review Specifics:
I have had two printers for about 4 years now and they are both problems. One is the paper thin film on the print head and the other is the cartridge that holds the ink. I have to take a picture of it so you can see what I mean. The one with the paper thin film is from Missouri and there has been no treatment given to it since 2014. The another printer was from Oklahoma and again we took a picture of it and sent it off to get service We received a call back within minutes after sending in our insurance information They did something very strange here- they replaced both printers without prior notice What kind of customer service is this Why would they care if one printer isnt working or someone has damage done And finally how do wechose paperwork when either Of these Printers were used recentlyWe also offer free deliverypurchase through Instacard which seems like an inititaly but not subsequentl y solution.
