The customer service here is like control letters sent to random people in your town because you didnt fill out a form. There was no response from my issue other than Were sorry we dont know about this product or service which is usually an apology for not catching on with customers who have been waiting for a long time for a response. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

.com is a website that is used to sell information technology services. In this review the company is described as being very slow in completing orders and also being difficult to reach for help.I recently worked with Laketec.com and was extremely disappointed. The order process was very slow and most of the help they said they would be wasnt even available when I got back to my office. They also were not legal in the state of Ohio which I found unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
