They promise you fantastic services but in reality they only do what they want you to do - manage your IT from the ground up. The company offers service with a focus on providing quality services at a reasonable price. However the service is limited and occasional problems with my account have occurred. I haveive had tohroughoutlypeek at the service before only to be disappointed again. Some of the features offered by lamm-resources.com include providing top management and technical support but they are not ever utilized or used for really good reason. Overall the service is good for some but there are much better options out there for best managed IT services.
