I just got out of my first job with LancersGlobal. It was a great company but now they are going through a lot of changes. The president has been gone for almost 3 months and the team is struggling to keep up. There are very few people in charge and it is difficult to find your way around. The customer service is terrible because the line between customer and employee is getting thinner and thin. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

LancersGlobal is a terrible business organization. The employees are unprofessional and often in a high pressure environment when they should be taking care of their customers needs. The customer service is also terrible. They never seem to be interested in helping customers who have had positive experiences or those who have not had positive experiences. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
