.com.Im not sure what got into him but the user langtech.com was very difficult to work with. He had multiple issues with the website and couldnt seem to get it right every time. Most of his complaints were about aspects of the site that he thought were wrong - such as how maps or diagrams looked on the screen whenhe clicked on them or how one table in a chart didnt have all its values included. However many changes made while he was away during the day due to working from home went against his expectations and changed everything including the layout of some pages which now resulted in loads of Waiting Time Data fields being superfluous .In terms of results this particular instalmentof data analysis tool set took days for me to be able to improve something that should have been easy almost overnight through feedback from team including monkeying around with code organisation and change management systems an peddling new features like Summarize CTA handling
