This company is a complete scam. The representative told me they could help connect my homes Wi-Fi with my cellular service so I could use the internet while at home and save money on phone rates. She promised that by doing this I would be able to save money on my monthly cell phone bill as well. In actuality she charged me an additional 10 per month for services she never offered and the savings from not having to rely on her service were completely negated by the high price of her monthly charges. Do not do business with this company

I just got my Lanlogic box and was so excited to try out this new technology. I have been using it for a week now and am very impressed. You can now watch your TV shows and movies without ever having to leave the comfort of your home. This is an extremely important thing to consider if you want to keep your family safe and you are interested in being a long-distance mom.But unfortunately I was able to do quite well with the first few months. The reason I say this is because I wasnt using adequate subsides or VPNs bothers me that people on here are trying to tell me how to think about it . I just got my Lanlogic box and was so excited to try this product. I opened the box to check the begining and found out that its a whole lot of tech mumbo-jumbo. The first thing you need to do is set up your account and then go ahead and access your data. I went through this process again so people could get an idea of how much it will cost. Its not cheap but its worth it to have access to ones data all by yourself. The service itself is meh. The software is meh. The customer service is meh. There are better companies out there that give away boxes with full features for free.

I just received my Lanlogic box and I am very disappointed. The first thing that I didnt like was the smell. It smelled like a persons personal preferences in clothing. Im sure it wasFresh produce but it felt like a bit of a turn-the-tht experience. The other downside is the customer service was terrible. They were all Asian and to say they were not intelligent would be an underhanded way of saying they were not polite or helpful. Eventually I talked through my concerns with them and after that they became great friends. Company doesnt have anything good either except for the people who help you get through their process. Way to go companyNA
