I was extremely disappointed with the service provided by Lanrm.com. I am not a big fan of online services and this one in particular was terrible. The first thing that went wrong was the website not working properly - it needed to be refreshed multiple times before it worked correctly. Then when I tried to use the service I found out that there were no available hours for my area - which made me very frustrated. Finally after trying to reach customer support through email and social media I received a message saying they were closed for lunch and couldnt help me out. Overall this experience was very unpleasant and did not meet my expectations at all.

I just got a letter from Lanrm.com asking for help with a IT issue I had. The website is terrible and I have had to call customer service multiple times. I have now already sent a message to the companys customer service number. This website is just awful and I would not recommend it to anyone.
